October 31 Josh Moen, Wartburg, Sr.
Won the men’s individual title at the Iowa Conference Championship, setting the Conference 8,000-meter record despite running in strong winds. He ran a time of 25:02, clipping 4.6 seconds off the previous Conference record and finishing 1-minute ahead of runner-up Dan Winder of Loras.
October 17 Josh Moen, Wartburg, Sr.
Finished third of 317 runners at the Jim Drews Invitational at the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. Ran a time of 24:30.8 finishing behind two runners from Division I University of Minnesota including 18-seconds behind the winner, a two-time Division I national qualifier.
October 10 Keith Solverson, Wartburg, Jr.
Finished second in the Dan Huston Invitational 4K race in a time of 12:21. Finished second by 30-seconds to teammate Josh Moen in the 81-runner race.
October 3 Dan Winder, Loras, Sr.
Won the NCAA Division III Pre-National Meet at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Winning time of 25:30 bested the 169 runner field, topping the second place runner by 17 seconds.
September 26 Josh Moen, Wartburg, Sr.
Won the Roy Griak Invitational Maroon Division (NCAA Division II and III) in a season-best time of 24:45. Defeated the 368-runner field by 42-seconds and led the Knights to a fourth-place team finish. Third straight, dating back to the 2003 National Championship.
September 19 Josh Moen, Wartburg, Sr.
Won the Woody Greeno Invitational in a time of 25:00 and won the 253-runner College Division (NCAA Division II, III, NAIA) race by 24 seconds. His time bested the 75-runner University Division (NCAA Division I) by 25 seconds.
September 12 Jason Flogel, Loras, Sr.
Finished second in the 126-runner Luther All-American. Ran the four mile race in 20:20, finishing less than one second behind the winner from Division II Minnesota State-Mankato.
September 5 Nick Bowerman, Simpson, Sr.
Won the Central Invitational running a time of 26:59. Won the 55-runner event by 57 seconds.
