Nov. 6

Jenni Wilberding, Loras College, Davenport, Iowa/Assumption
Wilberding, a senior forward, scored three goals and added one assist for seven points in two games of the Iowa Conference Tournament to lead Loras to its fifth straight IIAC Tournament Championship. She scored two goals, including the game-winner in a 3-1 semifinal victory over Simpson. In the Championship match, a 4-0 win over Wartburg, Wilberding scored the Duhawks’ final goal and assisted on the game winner.

Oct. 30
Katee Whitney, Loras College, Aloha, Ore./Valley Catholic
Whitney, a sophomore midfielder, scored three goals in two Conference matches to lead Loras to its fourth Conference title in five years. She scored twice in a 5-0 victory over Cornell and once in a 3-0 win over Luther.
Oct. 23

Alex Clesen, Loras, Evanston, Ill./Evanston Township
Clesen, a freshman forward, made her only shot in two matches during the week count as she scored the lone goal in Loras’ victory over Wartburg in a match-up between two Conference unbeatens.

Oct. 16
Jessica Archer, Wartburg, Sioux Falls, S.D./Lincoln
Archer, a sophomore goalkeeper, extended her shutout streak to 203-minutes with a shutout against Simpson (4-0) and a combined shutout against Cornell (5-0). She made two saves in each game and handed Simpson its first Conference loss of the season.
Oct. 9
Kim Monigold, Dubuque, Freeport, Ill./Freeport Senior
Monigold, a junior forward/midfielder, scored all five of Dubuque’s goals during the week as the Spartans defeated Cornell 2-0 and Aurora 3-1.

Kim Monigold, Dubuque, Freeport, Ill./Freeport Senior
Monigold, a junior forward/midfielder, had a hand in all three Dubuque goals in a 3-0 win over Luther. She scored twice, including the game winner, and added an assist as the Spartans defeated Luther for the first-time in the program’s history (six tries).
Sept. 25
Whitney Franker, Simpson, Urbandale, Iowa/Urbandale
Franker, a freshman goalkeeper, went 2-0 with a 0.50 goals against average and a .909 save percentage in two games during the week. She stopped nine of 10 shots in Simpson’s 2-1 victory over Carleton and recorded a shutout in the Conference-opener against Coe, a 4-0 Storm victory.
Sept. 18
Tori Rittman, Central, Ankeny, Iowa/Ankeny
Rittman, a sophomore forward, scored four goals and added two assists for 10 points in three games. She scored twice, including once on a penalty kick in a 3-0 victory over Crown. After being held scoreless in a 1-0 loss to Carthage, she recorded six points (2g-2a) and netted the game winning goal in a 10-0 victory over Knox.

Jackie Gielau, Luther, Denver, Iowa/Denver
Gielau, a sophomore forward, scored eight goals and added three assists for 19 points in three games during the week. She scored Luther’s lone goal in a 1-1 tie with Carleton then scored seven times at The Classic Soccer Tournament hosted by Luther, earning All-Tournament Team honors. Gielau had four goals in the Norse’s 6-5 loss to St. Ambrose, then scored three goals and added three assists in a 12-0 victory over Wisconsin Lutheran.
Sept. 4
Emily Ironside, Luther, Prairie du Sac, Wis./Dubuque Senior
Ironside, a freshman forward, scored five goals and added four assists for 14 points in two matches during the week. She scored a goal and notched an assist in a 4-0 Norse victory over Dakota Wesleyan. The following day she scored four times (including the game winner) and added three assists in a 9-0 victory over Northland.
